How quickly do orders ship?

In most cases, we will process your order within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Mountain Standard time may be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Tracking Your shipment?

You will receive an email containing your tracking information as soon as it is assigned.

How do you ship orders?

All of our packages are shipped and fully insured via UPS, FedEx or Third Party Insurer. We are able to ship only to street addresses and thus cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All orders $1000 and over will require adult signature. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Ground 3-5 days
• 2nd Day Air

What are the shipping rates?

We offer Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $200! Otherwise:

• Alaska and Hawaii: 2nd Day only $35

We are happy to ship to a non-US address provided it is being sent to the billing address associated with the credit card being used. If PayPal is being used, they will do an address verification.

We charge a flat fee of $50 USD for all international shipping and handling.

If you are receiving your order outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.

It is possible for some order to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local custom agency if necessary.
